Amidst the ever-changing conversation that happens online, local digital agency BlogAmo is hosting a Digital Media Week, June 27 – 30 aptly themed “Digital 876: Building Brands For Global Impact”. The four-day series, happening at venues across Kingston, will highlight the need for an understanding of the digital space and global business opportunities that exist.

An evolution of the annual event “Social Media Day”, taking place on June 30 DMW has expanded due to the shifting needs of both business and consumers alike to use the digital space responsibly for maximum expression, e-commerce, social interactions and impact.

Social Media Day, which will wrap the week of activities, is the largest of its kind in Jamaica. Celebrated in over forty (40) countries globally, the mixer is the largest party in tech with over two hundred (200) Jamaican personalities, corporate brands and users of social media coming together for the 2015 staging to celebrate social networks and users while recognizing and honoring the digital revolution happening around the world.
