Chillin’ n Grillin’ Slated for July 21

Chillin’ and Grillin’ is back! The all you can eat ultimate foodie event is back to satisfy your tastebuds on Thursday, July 21. This year will feature two returning chefs, Alexa Von Strolley or Tooksie Kay Catering and Rainforest Seafood’s Evrol Ebanks will be joined for the first time by the BBQ master Gariel Ferguson to set the grills on fire. The event has also found a new home, right on the very grounds of the school it is in aid of. Campion College’s Courtyard will be transformed to picnic fiesta grounds with music and a Select Brands bar to keep the vibe going.

Staged by the Campion College Alumni Association yearly, the event is done to raise money for Campions Student Support and Scholarship Programme. The programme currently supports close to 100 students.

This year we are hoping to be able to donate over half a million dollars from the proceeds of this event. The Alumni has in recent times really showed up support whenever we ask. This is a time to show up and enjoy an festive afternoon. Sean Morgan, President CCAA

He also reminded us that the event is not just for Campionites, but for everyone who enjoys having a good time with good food, drinks and music.

The event is to feature Rainforest Seafoods product line as well as Copperwood and CB Chicken products paired with Select Brands wines, bourbons, whiskeys and beers. Wysinco has also come on board as a sponsor.

Tickets are available for purchase at Campion College’s Main office, Mailpac in Manor Park, Ribbiz in Loshusan, Fontana in Barbican and Market Me Consulting, 13 West Kings House Road and cost $5000. Interested persons can follow the Alumni pages @campionalumni on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
