Why: In keeping the country's mandate to get Jamaicans eating healthier, Island Grill has introduced its new “Supaah Foods” menu which provides Jamaicans with an healthier lunch option. This is a monumental step by Island Grill which introduces a shift in the Quick Service (QSR) Industry to provide healthier “fast food” options. This comes on the heels of the Launch of the “Jamaica Moves” initiative by the Dr. Chris Tufton-led Ministry of Health - a mission to increase the the physical activity levels of Jamaicans and encourage healthy eating.
