When it comes to the best bargains Jamaica has to offer, Market At The Lawn has for the past 10 years been a one stop experience for holiday shoppers.

Described as an open air flea market, the event conceptualised by Kaili McDonnough Scott provides local artisans and entrepreneurs who are unable to afford a storefront with the opportunity to showcase their products to generate income over the season while in turn encouraging persons to support local.

This year, the event that started in the front yard of a property on West Kings House Road will celebrate 10 years of growth which according to project manager Annette McDonnough, would not have been possible without the constant support of individuals who although have access to online outlets still see the value in shopping locally.

"We have so many different artisans, who make such incredible products and by having Market at The Lawn, we are playing our part to get their products into the hands of everyday Jamaicans" shared McDonnough
The event will be held on the East Lawn of Devon House on December 15th and 22nd and will be free to the public. National Commercial Bank will for the third year be the official financial partner providing a centralised payment station.
Some of the exhibitors on this years line up are T & T Fashions, Salon Innovations, Kitty Klenz, My Old Man Leather Craft and The Life Store.
